  From Learning in Silence to Building Something of My Own This is my second post here, and I wanted it to be more than just an introduction. I wanted it to explain  why  I’m building what I’m building. I come from a background where curiosity wasn’t encouraged, especially if you were a girl. Education itself felt like a foreign idea, and choosing your own path was often seen as rebellion rather than growth. But somewhere along the way, I decided that if I couldn’t change my environment, I could at least change my direction. I started learning skills that no one around me understood. Not because they were trendy, but because they made sense to me. I failed quietly, learned patiently, and built slowly. There were no shortcuts—just consistency, self-belief, and a lot of unlearning. She Chose to Become

She was born where dreams for girls were whispered like sins, where education was an alien word and obedience was praised as virtue. A brown girl taught early that silence was safer than ambition. But something in her refused to sleep. She listened to that quiet rebellion inside the voice that said  this life is not all you are . So she chose. She pursued the degree  she  wanted, not the one handed to her like a cage disguised as care. At twenty-two, she was married not into love, but into lessons no one prepares you for. Walls disguised as family, control masked as concern, mind games played like tradition. Yet even there, she did not disappear. While they tried to shrink her, she learned a skill no one around her could even name. She learned it in fragments of time, in stolen hours, in moments where giving up would have been easier than believing. But she built it. Brick by brick. Failure by failure.
