From Learning in Silence to Building Something of My Own

This is my second post here, and I wanted it to be more than just an introduction. I wanted it to explain why I’m building what I’m building.

I come from a background where curiosity wasn’t encouraged, especially if you were a girl. Education itself felt like a foreign idea, and choosing your own path was often seen as rebellion rather than growth. But somewhere along the way, I decided that if I couldn’t change my environment, I could at least change my direction.

I started learning skills that no one around me understood. Not because they were trendy, but because they made sense to me. I failed quietly, learned patiently, and built slowly. There were no shortcuts—just consistency, self-belief, and a lot of unlearning.

Over time, this learning turned into independence. And independence gave me something far more valuable than money: confidence.

In 2025, I finally decided to build something that belonged entirely to me. That’s when I launched my own website, https://rabattcodewelt.de/ a project focused on sharing real, verified discount codes and deals for people who shop online and actually want savings that work.

This site isn’t just a website to me. It’s a long-term asset. A reflection of growth. Something that started as an idea and is now becoming a responsibility I take seriously every single day.

I’m documenting this journey publicly because I know there are others out there especially women who are building quietly, doubting themselves, wondering if their effort is “too small” to matter. It’s not.

Every skill learned in silence matters.
Every step taken without support counts.
Every small win compounds.
